Cash-Match provides an online marketplace designed to help homeowners explore and compare potential cash-sale opportunities from participating home buyers.

Cash-Match is a marketplace and connection service.

Cash-Match does not itself purchase your property or make the cash offers presented by participating buyers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, Cash-Match is not acting as your:

• Real estate broker
• Real estate agent
• Attorney
• Appraiser
• Financial advisor
• Lender
• Escrow company
• Title company

Participating cash buyers are independent third parties.

Any transaction involving your property is ultimately between you and the buyer you choose.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Services.

By submitting information about a property, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information and to seek information regarding the potential sale of the property.

3Requesting Cash Offers

Cash-Match may ask you to provide information about yourself and your property so that we can identify potential buyers.

This information may include:

• Property address
• Property characteristics
• Property condition
• Occupancy status
• Selling timeline
• Contact information
• Other information relevant to a potential sale

By submitting a request, you authorize Cash-Match to use and disclose your information as described in our Privacy Policy and in the disclosures presented when you submit the form.

4No Guarantee of Offers

Cash-Match does not guarantee:

• That you will receive an offer
• The number of offers you will receive
• That an offer will be received within a particular period
• The amount of any offer
• That an offer represents the market value of your property
• That a buyer will complete a transaction
• That a particular buyer will be available in your area
• That selling to a cash buyer is the best option for your circumstances

Statements such as expected response times or typical offer timing describe general service expectations and are not guarantees unless expressly identified as such.

5Independent Buyers

Participating buyers operate independently from Cash-Match.

A buyer may conduct its own:

• Property evaluation
• Inspection
• Title review
• Due diligence
• Valuation
• Verification process

A buyer may modify, withdraw, or condition an offer based on its evaluation of the property.

Cash-Match does not control a buyer's underwriting, valuation, inspection, contracting, closing, or purchasing decisions.

You should carefully review all contracts and transaction documents before signing them.

You may wish to consult an independent attorney, real estate professional, tax professional, or other advisor before selling your property.

6Buyer Verification and Marketplace Information

Cash-Match may use internal criteria to evaluate companies seeking to participate in the marketplace.

References on the website to terms such as “verified,” “vetted,” or similar descriptions refer to Cash-Match's marketplace review process and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a buyer's performance, financial condition, licensing status, conduct, or ability to complete any particular transaction.

Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into a transaction.

7No Obligation to Accept an Offer

Requesting or receiving an offer through Cash-Match does not obligate you to sell your property.

You remain free to:

• Reject an offer
• Compare multiple offers
• Negotiate directly with buyers
• Sell through a real estate agent
• Keep your property
• Pursue another selling method

Your obligations begin only if and when you enter into a binding agreement with a buyer or other third party.

8Cash-Match Fees and Compensation

Cash-Match generally does not charge homeowners a fee or commission to use the Cash-Match comparison service unless a fee is clearly disclosed before it is incurred.

Cash-Match may receive compensation from participating buyers and commercial partners.

Compensation may relate to advertising, referrals, introductions, leads, or transactions generated through the marketplace.

9Communications

When you provide your telephone number, email address, or other contact information, you authorize communications consistent with the disclosures and consent language presented when you submit your information.

Depending on your request and consent, Cash-Match and/or participating buyers may contact you regarding your property and potential purchase opportunities.

Communications may include calls, emails, or text messages where permitted by applicable law.

Your submission of a request does not guarantee contact from any buyer.

Instructions for opting out of applicable marketing communications will be provided where required.

10Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You may not knowingly:

• Submit false property information
• Impersonate another person
• Submit a property without authorization
• Provide misleading contact information
• Use Cash-Match to commit fraud
• Interfere with the operation of the marketplace

11Acceptable Use

You may use Cash-Match only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Services
• Scrape or harvest information through automated means without permission
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Interfere with website functionality
• Circumvent security features
• Reverse engineer the Services except where legally permitted
• Misuse another person's information
• Use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

12Intellectual Property

The Cash-Match website and its content, including branding, graphics, text, design, software, interfaces, databases, logos, and other materials, are owned by Cash-Match or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating potential home-sale opportunities.

No other rights are granted without our written permission.

13Testimonials, Reviews, and Examples

Testimonials, reviews, property examples, offer examples, savings examples, transaction timelines, and similar content may describe individual experiences.

Individual results vary.

Past experiences do not guarantee that another homeowner will receive the same result, offer amount, timeline, or outcome.

Where a testimonial or endorsement involves a material commercial relationship, we may provide additional disclosures as appropriate.

14Third-Party Services

The Services may include links, integrations, information, or services provided by third parties.

Cash-Match does not control third-party websites, services, buyers, or business practices and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or conduct.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by your agreements with those parties.

15Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

CASH-MATCH DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE ARISE FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR BUYER OR TRANSACTION WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASH-MATCH AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Cash-Match is not responsible for losses arising from the independent actions, representations, contracts, or conduct of participating buyers or other third parties.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash-Match and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or information you submit in violation of another person's rights.

18Changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend, add, remove, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, buyer, offer-comparison tool, or marketplace functionality will always remain available.
