Free for homeowners
Cash-Match is free to use to compare available offers. Review any closing costs, fees or deductions stated in each offer, including who pays them. The offer amount may differ from the amount you receive at closing.
How Cash-Match may be compensated
Cash-Match operates a marketplace and may receive compensation through relationships with participating companies, such as cash buyers or other partners. When you request offers, we may share the information you provide with participating buyers so they can respond.
Cash-Match does not buy homes directly, act as a real estate broker, or guarantee that a buyer will make or complete an offer. Any offer, contract or closing is between you and the independent buyer you choose.
Rankings and editorial independence
No company paid to be included or ranked on our state and city comparison pages. Buyers are ranked by the published rubric in our methodology, using public records and other sources checked on the dates shown.
Payment does not replace verification requirements or purchase a favorable editorial assessment. Sponsored placements, when offered, are clearly labeled and distinguished from editorial recommendations.
What this means for you
A featured position does not mean a company will make the highest offer on your home. Compare written terms from more than one buyer, and confirm important company information yourself before you decide.
